We ordered patio furniture from Master Z's. Rob the manager was great in directing us in the direction with color choice and furniture order. When the furniture came in Dustin in the warehouse was great getting the pieces assembled in a timely manner. We were so happy that our order from Berlin Gardens shipped within the time indicated and between Dustin in the warehouse and Danny who delivered our furniture, we couldn't be happier. Purchased a Brunswick shuffleboard table and really had issues from the outset with the table being "off", pucks were very difficult to even keep on the playing surface.After several adjustments, and little improvement, they contacted Brunswick and got us a new table which works great. Fun to play now, not frustrating.Was very happy with their team and follow up. Thanks.

The best costumer service

John and Master Z's is still going above and beyond for us. We bought a shuffleboard from them 2 year ago. Not only did they help find a perfect board within our price range but two years later they are still helping us with all of our shuffleboard questions and needs. You will not regret working with this company.

This is our second expereince with Master Z's; the first was the purchase of a pool table back in the Spring. This time, we bought a fire pit and four chairs for our patio. Once again, the process was easy. John was again our salesperson. What made this experience a bit different was that as we approached our decision to buy, John offered us a price on the whole package which included a discount. We left the store to consider other options before deciding. I returned the next day and said we'd go for it. But was told a different, higher price by the person in store that day. We went ahead and bought the furniture anyway (it's nice stuff at Master Z's!) but I sent an email to John re the discrepancy in price. He immediately stepped up to do the right thing and credited our account the difference in price. That's the customer service and integrity expected of a first class business like Master Z's. We will certainly be back. And the furniture looks great in our backyard!

Went there totally prepared for a shop and order experience. Fortunately, for us, they had what we wanted in stock and available on the spot.

The entire process of working with the Master Z’s team was fantastic. Beginning from the start of the sale there was no pressure, great information and they were patient with me. They worked with me on my budget and the follow up for delivery was in a timely fashion. The delivery team was very conscious, taking off shoes, putting a pad down and making sure I was comfortable with the game location and how to care for it. Five star experience and I would recommend to anyone.

After look for patio furniture at 5-6 stores we recently purchased some patio furniture from Master Zs new store on Bluemound. Great selection. The hardest part was deciding which set we liked the most. After we placed the order my wife decided she wanted a different cushion color.
