Purchased a Brunswick shuffleboard table and really had issues from the outset with the table being "off", pucks were very difficult to even keep on the playing surface. After several adjustments, and little improvement, they contacted Brunswick and got us a new table which works great. Fun to play now, not frustrating. Was very happy with their team and follow up. Thanks.
